Migrate from Notion to Owldo

Tired of waiting for spinners to load? Owldo's local-first architecture means your notes open instantly. Here is how to easily export your Notion workspace and bring it into Owldo.

1. Export from Notion

In Notion, go to Settings & Members > Settings, and scroll down to "Export all workspace content". Choose Markdown & CSV as the export format. Notion will generate a zip file of your entire workspace.

2. Unzip and Organize

Extract the downloaded zip file on your computer. You will see a folder structure containing `.md` files for your pages and `.csv` files for your databases.

3. Import to Owldo

Owldo reads standard Markdown natively. Simply drag and drop your `.md` files directly into an Owldo Space. We will automatically parse the markdown, preserve your headers, links, and formatting, and instantly sync it locally.
