The Perfect Weekly Review

The Weekly Review is the most critical habit for maintaining a trusted system. Here is how to use Owldo to reset your workspace and your mind every Friday afternoon.

Create a recurring note or task for your Weekly Review.

Step 1: Get Clear (Empty the Inbox)

Start by opening your Owldo Inbox. Process every single item. If it takes less than 2 minutes, do it now. Otherwise, assign it a date, flag it for "Anytime", or move it to a specific Project Space. Your goal is Inbox Zero.

Step 2: Get Current (Review Sections)

Look through your Overdue and Today sections. Be honest with yourself—if you didn't do it this week, will you do it next week? Reschedule tasks, or demote them to Someday if they are no longer a priority.

Step 3: Get Creative (Someday/Maybe)

Finally, open the Someday section. This is your backlog of big ideas. Pick one or two items to promote to active tasks for the upcoming week.
