The core of GTD is capturing open loops immediately. With Owldo's global quick-add shortcut, you can capture a thought in less than a second without breaking focus. Everything lands safely in your Inbox to be processed later.
When you process your inbox, Owldo's automatic Task Sections do the heavy lifting:
Next Actions: Assign a task to "Today" or flag it to appear in the "Anytime" section.
Waiting For: Use a dedicated Space or a specific hashtag like #waiting.
Someday/Maybe: Leave tasks unflagged and without a date, and they will naturally sit in the "Someday" section.
Owldo's clean UI makes the Weekly Review a breeze. Open your Someday section to promote tasks to Next Actions, and review your Completed list to see what you've accomplished.
